An evening on an active THS Constructors site.

The "Blueprints & Bourbon" (or Beer) Lounge: A dedicated area with high-top tables where attendees can view the master site plans and 3D renderings of the finished facility.
Vendor Alley: Position automation vendors along the perimeter of the slab. Use mobile power stations to allow for live demos of cobots, sensors, or AGVs.
Safety First Booth: Photo Booth to capture the event.
Smart Planning Panel: A 15-minute "standing" panel featuring a THS Project Manager, an automation vendor, and a local educator discussing how to "future-proof" a building's footprint.
Interactive Tech Maps: Use floor decals on the concrete slab to show where specific manufacturing cells or "smart zones" will eventually be located.
Education Corner: A dedicated space for local technical colleges to showcase how they are training the next generation of the Upstate workforce.
